How it Works:
To get started, make sure you have your order number and original email address. You can find your order number in your confirmation email or on your packing slip. All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date and items must be in their original, unwashed and unworn condition with hang tags attached.
We will gladly exchange unwashed, unworn items for another size or color of the same item. When an exchange has been initiated, you will receive a prepaid shipping label via email. Once your carrier scans the Slipstream Creations provided shipping label, your new order will be prepared for shipment. This typically occurs within 24 hours of dropping your package off with the carrier. All exchanged items ship for free to US-based addresses.
All returns must be initiated via the link above. We will gladly accept unwashed, unworn items for store credit or a full refund. Follow the steps to obtain a return authorization and a prepaid return label. Once a return has been initiated, you will receive a prepaid shipping label via email. When your return arrives at our warehouse, we will inspect the returned item and issue a refund or store credit assuming the item is not damaged or worn in any way. Refunds will be reflected on the original form of payment within 1–2 business days following approval.
Refunds and Credits
Refunds and credits will be applied to the original method of payment upon receipt of all items and confirmation of like-new condition (unwashed and unworn). The typical turnaround time for processing refunds and credits is 1–2 business days once we receive and approve the returned item(s). Initial shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless an item arrived damaged or defective. If we are unable to exchange or repair an item to comply with your request, we may, at our discretion, issue you a gift card or store credit.
